How to send logs and submit a support ticket in ARC Scan App

Please search for the KB articles first to see if there is an answer already

1.  Click Setting button on the top right corner of the Scan App

2. Click Help->Support menu

3. Click Send Logs button

4. Enter your email and click Send Logs button

5. After the logs have been sent successfully, please click Help Desk

6. Make sure that you fill in the support ticket form with your email filled in Step 4
